Who is Sailor Pluto?:

She is Meioh Setsuna, or Moment Dark Ruler a college student who appears to be eighteen years old. When the little Chibi Usa becomes sick and the senshi are not quite sure what to do, Luna P suddenly becomes a figure dressed in a black and dark red fuku. The senshi are surprised that another senshi exists, and Sailor Pluto introduces herself and helps them to help Chibi Usa by allowing them to go into her dreams. Chibi Usa looks up to Sailor Pluto since she is very wise partly because she is very old.

As Setsuna, she is a very mature, thoughtful young woman who was born on October 29 and is a Scorpio. Her bloodtype is A and her favorite colors are dark red, her ribbon color and dark green, her hair color. Her hobbies include shopping, sewing, and she likes to drink green tea. Her least favorite food are eggplants and her favorite subject is Physics, while her least favorite subject is music.

As a senshi, Pluto is one very lonely soldier. She guards the Time Gate and because of that, she is always alone. Chibi-usa, being a very friendly little girl, befriends the lonely soldier, the senshi becomes very fond of Chibi-usa and calls her by the nickname, "Small Lady". Chibi-usa, in turn calls her "puu". Usually, Sailor Pluto is nowhere to be found since she only appears when something really serious is about to happen, is happening, or when Chibi-usa is in danger. Sailor Pluto is also a holder of one of the three talismans used to create the holy grail and find the messiah: the Garnet Orb
*Manga info!: Because of her death in Sailor Moon R, Chibi Usa becomes Sailor Chibi Moon.

Transformations and Forms:

Pluto Planet Power! Make-up! *Pluto Planet Power!
Her planet sign becomes the screen, then falls back and becomes the top of a henshin wand she holds with three of her fingers, where her index finger is pointed straight to the side, and her thumb is fully up. As she spins around and her hair follows her in a circle, the hair leaves a trail of light which fills the screen, then shows her getting her lipstick on. With a few brandishings of her staff, she poses on a background of twinkling stars.
Pluto Crystal Power Make-up!(Manga)
Her more potent form of Sailor Pluto when little Hotaru(Saturn) turns her into Super Sailor Pluto. She has no henshin phrase in the anime because she does not transform more than once into this form.
Princess Pluto:
Her form as the princess of Pluto at the Silver Millenium.

Attacks and Abilities:

Dark Dome Close
This is what she uses to close the time gate. She twirls once, then her time staff emmitts a blue light.
Dead Scream
Despite it's name,this attack is the only attack that is said silently.. A swirl of energy surrounds her and the Garnet Orb (the red gem above her time staff) becomes a glowing ball that flies twoard the enemy.
Time Stop
Her forbidden attack, this stops time for the price of her life.
